This is how Egmer Consulting handles your information, written to be read.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message through the contact form, it collects your name, your email address, your website address, what prompted you to reach out, and anything you write in the message. The message is delivered by email to Egmer Consulting through Resend, an email delivery service, so a person can reply. It is used to answer you and to help with what you asked about. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside Egmer Consulting and its sister company, Egmer Marketing, which shares the same inbox and the same two people.

The free scan

The free accessibility scan runs on Egmer's own checker at howaccessibleismysite.com. When you submit a website address here, you are sent to that site with the address filled in, and it asks for your email before showing the full report. That email goes into Egmer's contact list so a person can follow up. The checker has its own privacy notice on its page.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets analytics cookies only if you allow it. On your first visit, a banner lets you choose Accept all, Necessary only, or Customize. If you choose Necessary only, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is tracked. You can change your choice any time from the cookie button in the lower left corner of every page.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _gid that count visits and pages, with IP addresses anonymized. There are no advertising trackers on this site, and your data is not sold.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives the standard request information a browser sends when it loads a page, such as your IP address and browser type, and uses it to deliver the site and keep it secure.
